Maintenance and styling
Due to my experience, analytic approach and quick understanding of technical systems, I have a broad skillset in creating all kind of constructions and are comfortable in all types of maintenance.
Through time I also developed a unique and rough looking, outdoor style with a high focus on being practical and re-use of available materials. If you like help in styling your own space, don’t hesitate to contact me.

Yoga and inversions trainings
I am a certified yoga teacher with an exceptional feeling of alignment and technique. Although mostly physical orientated, the connection with the body by means of breathing, meditation and awareness plays an important role in my classes.
In addition to yoga I can help you find balance in handstand, headstand or any other armbalance with proven, self developed training techniques.
